Chandler Nursing Center provides general and restorative care to residents who can no longer stay at home because of chronic illness, the frailties of age, or physical limitations. Our focus with these patients is to provide care and comfort while striving to enhance the joy and dignity of life. We also offer an array of social events and recreational activities. General and Restorative Nursing

The rehabilitation program at Chandler Nursing Center is customized to meet the needs of each patient as they progress through their recovery and strive to meet their maximum level of independence.

Physical Therapy goals help to increase the strength and flexibility of joints and muscles and help muscles resume proper functioning. Therapists also address balance difficulties and neurological issues.

Occupational Therapy teaches daily living skills to help our patients maintain a sense of independence while also helping to improve joint mobility, strength and endurance.

Speech Pathology specializes in assessing speech, language and swallowing disorders and promoting maximum speech or swallowing functions.
